Due to a derailment on the former P&WV, an NS crew takes an Empty WLE Monessen coke train on a detour move from Mingo Junction to Clairton PA to hand off to the W&LE. Here you see the 071 at NS CP Rochester, ready to enter the Ft Wayne Line
