613 is the plant switcher for ELG Metals, an industry adjacent to CSX's Pittsburgh Sub. This critter has a lengthy history, built in July 1943 and used by the following railroads: US Army 7499, USAF 7499, Portland Public Docks (Portland, OR) LDE-3, circa 1959, Port of Portland (same) LDE 403, 1971, renumbered 4403, after 1982; Port of Vancouver (Vancouver, WA) 613, (D) Silcott, 1998, and finally arriving at ELG by 2002.
