| NR3 is in town on the coldest day of the year so far. Wind chills out here are around 0 (ZERO!)! Yours truly was brave (crazy?) enough to stand out there for 15 minutes and grab some pictures. Aside from the temps, its a beautiful day. Freshly painted 4003 is on the other end. |
