| Having worked the night sleeper down to Penzance 57603 was utilised to drag an errant HST set as the 1A88 08:45 Penzance to Paddington as far as Plymouth. The HST set had failed the previous night having required attendance from the fire brigade. Another 'First' Farce!! |
