Peoria & Western FP9A's 1750 and 1752 sit at Seville, Illinois on a fantastic spring day, April 16,2007. The ''Canton Cannonball'' headed west between Mapleton and LaHarpe, Illinois, is waiting for a Plasser surfacing machine to clear the track. The F units have been making two to three trips per week shuttling freight to LaHarpe. The train meets an eastbound detour train being routed overe the BNSF between Keokuk, Iowa and Lomax, thence to LaHarpe over former TPW trackage.
The city owned bridge at Keokuk has not been repaired since a derailement took it out of service in December 2006.
