| Amtrak Southwest Chief #3 arrives into Pasadena on a sunny morning in July of 1991 with plenty of mail handling cars up front. The 231 is now preserved and being refurbished at the Brooklyn Roundhouse in Portland, Oregon - currently painted in 'Daylight' red/orange/black. |
