This is the 1st trip of the year for this Cordero Mine, WY to Gateway, IA coal train. The train is about to Burlington, IA where the train will head down the K-Line to Montrose, IA. These 109 cars of coal will be loaded into a barge for the trip up the Mississippi River to a power plant. BNSF 6209 is bringing up the rear.
