Union Pacific E8A 931 and two B-Units lead train 103, the westbound City of Los Angeles, as it makes its final station stop, at the railroad's East Los Angeles station, before ending its trip after another 8 miles in downtown Los Angeles' Union Passenger Terminal. In fifteen months, this train would cease operations with the formation of Amtrak. (Commerce, California – February 1970)
