Remarks & Notes |
Not much snow left in the Palouse region nor the little town of Palouse. Record snowfalls that closed Washington State University for 2 days had to be bulldozed off the W&I's RoW at a cost of $15000. It has paid off since their 2nd train was able to make it this far without any problems. Joel (the engineer) and his conductor Stan drop off our center beam and pick up 3 hoppers full of fertilizer bound for Wilson, WA about 20 miles down the line. |
