| Dueling Bridges: Richmond Style… U160 heads east along the former C&O viaduct. In the foreground (and quite badly tagged with graffiti) is NS’s former Southern bridge across the James River. Unfortunately, it’s rarely used during daylight. These lines form the highest and lowest levels of Richmond’s famous triple crossing. |
