| At the end of the 2008 Maitland Steamfest, all locomotives and carriages were required to go back to their base. The 4 hour empty repositioning run back to metropolitan Sydney and beyond was undertaken using 3830 at the front while 3642 and 3526 behind respectively. Seen here negotiating all the points just prior to Hornsby station. |
