| A meet at RD Tower. The trailing DPU engines on Wheeling 707 are about to clear the diamond with the CSX Valley Line. The conductor of the CSX Y190 waits at the relay shed to get a signal through the diamond once the 707 clears. Note the positioning of the remote controlled GP38-2 in between the rolling stock on the Y190. |
