Remarks & Notes |
A Herzog Ballast Train rolls west towards Albia, IA to do some unloading. The train was parked overnight in the siding at New London, IA, about 8 miles back. The crew got out of New London ahead of 2 empties and is screaming west wasting no time. I drove the rubber off my tires trying to get ahead of them until they hit a 25 mph slow order west of Lockridge (Good thing there's rough track). |
