Remarks & Notes |
LBNGR No.3 is named "Rishra" and is the only known survivor of the small number of steam engines built by Baguley. It is one of a number of locos on this railway with an Indian connection, it was built in 1921 for use at a water pumping station in Calcutta. Here "Rishra" is seen on a real steam worked freight train, transporting spoil away from the rebuilding work of one of the platforms at Pages Park. |
