| The human aspect is one of the reasons I love railfanning Amtrak. Passenger trains harken back to a much simpler time when train travel was a part of everyday life for the masses--"the gold old days!!" Here in Kirkwood, a young couple anxiously awaits the late night arrival of their children from Kansas City on the St. Louis Mule. |
