| A pair of CSX SD40-2's lead a manifest out of Stanley Yard in the early morning and will curve around onto the Toledo Terminal tracks in the foreground shortly. In this view they're passing the newly installed but not yet active signals that are part of the Stanley Tower 'remoting' project that will result in yet another closed tower. |
