| At five in the afternoon CSX Y171 with NS 6729 leading NS 9202 and Herzog hopper cars is heading South down the Toledo Terminal. NS units typically pound the diamonds at Vickers going across the terminal, not down it, so this isn't the typical view here. These units had reportedly brought a U950 from Grafton, WV up to the Toledo Docks the day before. |
