Running a few minutes behind schedule, a westbound Bay Head shuttle being pushed by GP40FH-2 4142 passes an eastbound shuttle powered by GP40PH-2B 4204. Both trains are running at track speed through this area, making this photo of the meet nearly impossible to duplicate. The GP40FH-2, which sports a spartan cab and a wide cowl body, is unique to NJ Transit and is one of only four of its kind still in active service.
