| The CNIC Peoria Local is Northbound and passing between the grain elevators in the Central Illinois city of Green Valley, Illinois on Wednesday evening August 13, 2008.
The 3140 is a one of a kind locomotive on the IC roster, a former Chicago & North Western GP50 that emerged from a rebuilding process as a GP40R.
