In a scene that contains just about everything for everyone, CSXT 2698, sits after working Y12210, at the Toledo Docks. In this photo we have ballast train, bad order cars, storage cars, in the back the rotary coal unloader, and even Toledo Edison's Bayshore Power Plant.
