| R647 rolls south past a memorial setup by the family of a man killed by a train. The driver of a car attemped to beat the train and lost his life as a result. The train was about 5 miles from its destination when the accident happened and the accident scene about 1/2 mile from my house. The cross sits where the car landed and the crossing just outside of the photo. |
