| Pennsylvania railfans have recently enjoyed matched sets of SD60I's in Conrail paint on several of the Pennsylvania Power & Light coal trains running to the Strawberry Ridge power plant on the NS Watsontown Secondary north of Harrisburg. Due to restricted clearances at the plant, snowplow modifications are needed which result in dedicated locomotive assignments to these trains. |
