| Amtrak's schedules in the Pacific Northwest have been in disarray for days following the heavy storms in Oregon and Washington. Hence the eastbound Empire Builder is running about 3 hrs late as she sails across the Middle Fork of the Flathead River on her eastbound climb to the Continental Divide at Marias Pass on this cold gray Christmas Eve in the northern Montana. |
