Edaville Railroad named from the initials of founder Ellis D. Atwood, was a haven for Maine Two foot gauge locomotives. The 1912 Vulcan 4-4-0 tank engine came from the Monson Railroad and was primarily built for gravel hauling. In 1972 It did an admirable job hauling people as well. |
