| Catching the last rays of the day, 5362 5358 5395 5344 5345 and helpers 5354 5390 5410 5401 haul #707 coal from Phippsburg approaches Toponas in June 1981. The train stopped at Toponas for a meet and the crew offered to give me a once in a lifetime ride into Denver. Unfortunately leaving my car in the middle of nowhere overnight and the chance of getting back the next morning led me to decline the offer! |
