| The Q394 experienced air problems earlier and the car department worked on the train for several hours at Blacks Run. As it passed me at Stoops Ferry, I saw the brakes set up on a dozen cars in the middle of the train. They dragged the train to a stop at McKees Rocks for another lengthy delay. |
