Riding the Rocket at night. TTC 4041, the air conditioning test car, stops to load a group of evening passengers waiting at the corner of Dundas & Bay, in the downtown core just north of the Eaton Centre and west of Dundas Square. The program to refurbish the TTC's CLRV fleet has been mothballed at the moment, and one of the reasons is depicted in this image: the iconic 1970's streetcars are not handicap accessible.
