The October 31, 1998 runs of OC's steam tourist operation out of Sugar Creek, OH were announced as being its last day of operation. On the last run of the day, the setting sun cast a golden glow on the flanks of OC 1551 and its coaches. After feeling I had the perfect shot to capture the end of the OC's tourist steam operations fading into the sunset, it was later announced that tourist operations would resume the following year.
