Remarks & Notes
Just north of Castle Shannon PA a car bound for Pittsburgh via the Overbrook line passes under the Pittsburgh & West Virginia Railroad Viaduct. The sun is weak as a threatening storm has passed over without inundating photographer Joe Jessel Jr.

Pittsburgh no longer has commuter trains and Johnstown no longer has trolleys, but light rail remains strong in Pittsburgh. Mr. Rogers would be pleased.
