| OHCR 2175 was spotted last year being rebuilt to a GP38-3 in the Ohio Central Morgan Run shop, now it is working on the ECL, and is heading out on the NS Western Branch along with Super 7 4095 to help pull NS 852 east over the Panhandle. |
