| Most of the time 21M finds itself at the top of the pecking order when it comes to trains on the Pittsburgh Line. However, the one train that will put this hotshot in the hole doesn't have a horse on it. Here the thoroughbred gets moving once again after waiting for the government's train to pass(enger). |
