Interesting situation on the heavy grade, which is leading from Arth Goldau SBB tracks up to the sheds of the Rigi Bahnen. The oldest operational steamlocomotive of Switzerland, Ec 2/5 28 GENF from 1858, is pulled by the oldest electric cogwheel rail car worldwide, BCFhe 2/3 6 of the Rigi Bahnen from 1911 (ex Arth-Rigi-Bahn ARB), with the help of a wire rope, up the heavy grade to the Rigi Bahnen sheds.
