People in the Red River valley have every right to be upset about all the recent heavy rains that have caused early summer flooding, but every cloud has a silver lining. Here, BNSF 3702 leads the City Job over the Red River of the North (at flood stage, once again) into East Grand Forks. As opposed to a spring flood, when the flow is rapid, the flow of the river is now slow enough to provide a nice reflection in the water below.
