TV200 with C40-8W # 6066, B36-7 # 5050, and C36-7 # 6623 rolls by CP SR, the old SR Tower at the west end of Gulf Summit grade. This was an EB helper station when helpers were in use on Gulf Summit grade. In 1990 SR Tower was just a glorified electrical cabinet but was still well maintained by Conrail. This also marked the start of the west end of double track over Gulf Summit on the Southern Tier Line.
