I was just out walking my dog, not really intending to take railway subjects, but I couldn't resist such a lovely evening view as this Class 66 heading across the River Aire bridge towards Newlay on the western outskirts of Leeds. The railway was once four track here, with two bridges. One has been out of use for many years following 'rationalisation'. The very high levels of traffic will probably mean a re-think at some point in the not too distant future.
