| The last moves on the Great Walton's Covington branch was made shortly after 11:00 on Wednesday morning. The remaining cars which had been stored in Newton Ga. were pulled from the line along with GP9 6580 and GP10 8395. Around 30 or so cars and both units were interchanged with CSX for shipment to GWRR's Social Circle branch. The last train is seen here ready to pull high in Covington Ga. and shove back up the interchange to a waiting CSX crew. |
