SOU Second 20, operating as Extra SOU 2506 North, is in detour movement over the SCL mainline after torrential rains and flooding washed out SOU's Tye River bridge (located in Nelson County, Va.) following Hurricane Camille. 213 trains detoured over SCL's Raleigh Division during a 20 day period making for some exciting railroading. Today, an SD24, a relatively new U30C, and a CG SD35 are in charge of the train and doing some fast running through the Tarheel state.
