Amtrak Cascades #504 meets the UP Inspection Special at Millersburg siding. In the background is International Paper's Containerboard Mill at Millersburg, which, only two days prior, was announced to be closing permanently by mid-December, 2009. This may well be the last Special to pass by this mill in normal operational status.
