| CSXT eastbound grain train parallels Hydro St. in Reusens. Erosion barriers have popped up along the street in preparation for a major sewer line overhaul as Lynchburg continues its work on federally mandated separation of sewer lines from stormwater lines. It's called "CSO" (Combined Sewer Overflow). So, we have CSX and CSO side-by-side. |
