UP Inspection special led by SD70M 4920 is making track speed uphill as it meets a grain empty at Sago, just east of the summit of Telocaset in the Blue Mountains of Eastern Oregon. The train has made great time across the subdivision since leaving Nampa, Idaho at 0500 that morning. After cresting the hill at Telocaset, the train will head downhill to LaGrande, OR. Windmills have been populating the hillsides in recent years in this area, harnessing the ever present wind.
