| Winter Comes to Cajon - After the first snow of the year, the mountains above the pass are coated with a blanket of white. Now that the rattle snakes are all hibernating, I can break through the bush and go back to all my favorite photo spots on the hills above the tracks near C.P. Silverwood. Here a U.P. manifest train heads up the hill on the Palmdale Cutoff towards Mojave. |
