A batallion of Norfolk Southern locomotives leads a long line of empty coal cars out of Lambert's Point Dock this afternoon. Locomotives include #9356 (D9-40CW), former Conrail #6076 currently as NS #8330 (D8-40CW), #6554 (SD 60), and #7548 (ES40DC).
