The day is quickly coming to a end as Y101 starts back towards Macon after interchanging with L782 at the West Dublin siding. At 10 mph, by the time he reached, Dudley, the next town on the line, the light was already gone and it would be well into the night before the train reached Macon. The three U-Boats would not be enough for the 50 cars of tonnage and the train would later stall out on Jeffersonville Hill.
