| Seven locomotives lead Union Pacific's LTB84 (Belt Yard to Valley Park) past downtown St. Paul. While St. Paul and Minneapolis are the "Twin Cities," their respective downtowns are visually different. Minneapolis is composed primarily of soaring glass skyscrapers and St. Paul is a collection of brick buildings that emulate the surrounding river bluffs. |
