| Welcome to the Northwest. On the very day I arrived in Washington after leaving Indiana, I was greeted with murky skies and hours upon hours of driving in the rain. Taking a break from staying dry, I stopped at Home Valley to capture this moody view of a westbound BNSF manifest passing the mill in Home Valley and approaching the Wind River bridge in the midst of a rain storm. The low-hanging clouds in the Columbia River Gorge indicate just how gloomy this winter day truly was. |
