Remarks & Notes |
Algoma Central is noted for the great scenery along the route and the fall colors. Early in the morning train 1 with 1752,1750, is just getting started on its all day trip to Hearst. The train has a couple leased VIA coaches and one of the ACR heavyweight business cars on the rear. After the WC takeover it was possible to rent one of the business cars for either the canyon trip or the run to Hearst, if you had the money available for such an excursion. |
