| D&H Train 721--a high and wide extra from GE in Schenectady, NY--passes old XO Tower in Mechanicville, NY as it comes onto the Colonie Subdivision from the Freight Subdivision to head south for the Port of Albany. XO Tower--which was once responsible for controlling all movements into and out of Mechanicville Yard (which is now gone)--is in the delayed process of being rebuilt as a tourist center. |
