The gangs of Santa Barbara stroll the platform as a Pacific Surfliner to San Luis Obispo unloads. Actually, the kids to the left there were a lot more threatening in real life than they appear in the image... funny thing about pics. The train is the San Luis Obispo Pacific Surfliner, which will spend the night in SLO and return on its way to San Diego the next morning. This run used to be called the Central Coast Surfliner, which was a more appropriate name. It is the only Surfliner to make the entire SD to SLO run.
