| The Settle and Carlisle is known as The Long Drag, and watching this 2000ish ton coal train slowly slog past Birkett Common, I could see why. Kirkby Stephen station is just out of site in the background, and the train still has some miles to go, up past Mallerstang Edge before it reaches the summit of the line at Ais Gill |
