The monsoon season has began in Kentucky.With heavy rains and flooded roads in the area the NS Kentucky Derby special begins its trip back home for Altoona.Here the F's wait at the Tucker siding for westbound 112 before continuing on with restricted speeds due to the high water in many areas.
